Dan Miller

Dan Miller has logged more than 6,500 hours sidewalk counseling at abortion facilities. He personally witnessed more than 1,100 babies saved from abortion – one of those babies is his Godson, Joseph. Dan is a fourth-degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus and volunteers as the state director for the Knights' State Council Culture of Life Committee. Dan's story is highlighted in chapter 34 of the 40 Days for Life's book, "Discover What God Has Done." Dan and his wife, Janine, live in Milwaukee.

Teresa is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire and holds a degree in Music with a focus in Vocal Music, as well as a minor in Spanish. Prior to coming to Pro-Life Wisconsin, she worked in fundraising and evangelization as a Campus Missionary at UW-Milwaukee through Brew City Catholic and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. As the eldest in a large Catholic family, Teresa is passionate about her faith and family. She is grateful to her parents for giving her opportunities to put her faith into action and for a pro-life education that has served her well. Teresa has been a part of Pro-Life Wisconsin since childhood, and is excited to continue to serve the pro-life movement here in Wisconsin as Communications Director. Teresa resides in Brookfield.

Having fed people through a successful food sales career, Lesley now is thrilled to incorporate her sales experience into her passion for life by and feeding people through their souls at Pro-Life Wisconsin. Lesley and her husband are continuing to raise their five children in the Menomonee Falls area. The youngest of them is in high school and their oldest is expecting their first grandchild in 2024. She is very active in her parish teaching Christian Formation to 10th graders, serving on her parish council, and helping drive the Eucharistic revival within her church. When not working she can be found outside biking, camping, hiking, and walking her dogs.
Leona Besimi

Having worked in senior living for nearly five years, Leona deeply understands the inherent value of life from the moment of conception until natural death. Leona recently graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, where she gained a deeper understanding of the human person, taking courses in Developmental Psychology and Ethical Philosophy. Leona's educational background, as well as her work experience as an administrative assistant coupled with her love of both babies (unborn and born) and the elderly, have led her into our organization in the role of Operations Coordinator. Leona is a life-long resident of the Milwaukee area.

Matt joined Pro-Life Wisconsin as the organization's Director of Legislative Affairs in 2003. Public policy and politics are his passion. A 1991 political science graduate from the University of Notre Dame and a former legislative aide in both the Wisconsin State Assembly and State Senate, Matt has directly participated in the political process for over thirty years. He effectively educates grassroots pro-lifers on how to influence their state legislators and is frequently quoted in the media on issues such as the morning-after pill, personhood, conscience rights, reproductive technology, embryo-destructive research, and end of life issues.

After spending her career in corporate retail, Chris is thrilled to spread her wings as the Operations Manager supporting the life-saving mission at Pro-Life Wisconsin. Originally from Brookfield, Chris Himm and her family currently reside in Germantown. She and her husband have a son in high school, a daughter in college and a cat that thrives on mischief. Chris loves supporting her church as a Sunday School teacher and choir member, and by helping at many events throughout the year. She also enjoys assisting as a Volunteer Discovery Guide to connect her fellow church members to ministries that match their talents and passions.

Kraig joins Pro-Life Wisconsin after spending fourteen years in student ministry in the local church; with nine of those years as a full-time vocational youth pastor. God has developed a passion for the pro-life cause in Kraig’s heart and he is excited to be advocating for babies in our great state of Wisconsin by helping pro-lifers participate financially in the mission of Pro-Life Wisconsin. Kraig is married to his high school sweetheart, Kelsey, and they are raising three little ones in the Wauwatosa area. Outside of his work at Pro-Life Wisconsin, Kraig loves spending time with his family, drinking root beer, playing board games, hosting trivia, and running around with his kiddos at playgrounds.
